Frequently asked questions
Payments and plans
How much does it cost?
There are three plans, Lite, Plus and Pro, from €9 a month. Plus and Pro are cheaper if you pay yearly. Exact prices and what each one includes are on Pricing.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Cancel whenever you like from your account and keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that it doesn't renew.
What uses up the plan?
Everything comes out of the same budget: the documents it makes and your conversations with the agent. A long document with many images uses more than a reply in the chat.
What if it runs out halfway through a document?
We deliver what's already done and the document is paused. You finish it in the next period or by upgrading your plan, without paying again for what's done.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe: your card details never pass through Esboza.
Can I get an invoice with my company's details?
Yes. Ask for it at support@esboza.com.
Can I get a refund?
As long as you haven't used the plan, you have 14 days to withdraw: write to us. Once Esboza delivers a result, that right is lost, because the digital content has already been provided. The Terms explain it.
Generations
How long does it take?
Much longer than a chat reply: several AIs work on each document at once —researching, writing, making the images and reviewing it— and that takes time. You can close the tab: the work carries on and you're notified when it's done.
Does it get it right first time?
Often, yes. And if something doesn't convince you, you ask and it changes it in place, without redoing the whole document. You can see it in action on the home page.
Can I tell it what I don't want?
Yes, and it respects it throughout: “without searching the web”, “without AI-generated images”, “only with my notes”. What you rule out, it doesn't do.
What language does it write in?
Whichever you ask for.
What format do I get?
Documents in Word or PDF; presentations in PDF. If you start from your own template, in its same format.
Images and sources
Where do the images come from?
Some are generated by AI and others are real photos it finds on the web. Those from the web carry their source underneath. If you only want one kind, tell it.
Can I publish the photos from the web?
They carry their source, but not all of them have a free licence. Before publishing the document, check the permissions for each one.
Does it make up facts?
It searches, cross-checks and cites its sources at the end of the document. Even so, it can make mistakes: check what matters before using it.
The examples on this site
Are they picked from many attempts?
No. Each example comes from a single message, the one you see next to it, run once.
Have you edited them afterwards?
No. They're published as they came out. The only thing we change is the odd personal detail, such as the name of whoever signs.
Who made them?
Esboza's developer, with their own account. None of them comes from a user.
Do you publish what users make?
Never. What you make in Esboza is yours and doesn't leave your account. How we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.
Your account and your data
Do you use my documents to train an AI?
No. Neither we nor the AI providers, which work through their paid API, where they don't train on what we send them.
How much storage do I get?
5 GB on Lite, 10 GB on Plus and 20 GB on Pro.
Where is my work stored?
On servers in the European Union. More answers in Privacy questions.
